We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Upon check out you can choose from either:
- Auspost Standard Service, starting from $9 (delivery 2-7 business days*).
- Auspost Express, starting from $12 (1-2 business days*)
The shipping cost is based on weight and is calculated upon check out.
All orders come with tracking and require a signature upon delivery – so don’t worry, your bickies won’t be left out in the rain!

As you can imagine, we don’t have Face Biscuits sitting on our shelves! Unlike our other biscuit tins, Face Biscuits are completely custom and made-to-order, so here’s how it works: Our Face Biscuit production days are generally scheduled on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. It is then best to refer to the dispatch notice included in the Face Biscuit description form for a rough guide on when your biscuit will be posted out. Once your Face Biscuit is ready for dispatch, we will post it out using the delivery method you selected (Standard or Express).

From the moment your biscuits have left our kitchen, they are then in the hands of Australia Post/UPS.
Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your biscuits while they are in transit. If you have any concerns or complications with the postage/tracking number of your order after you have received your shipment confirmation email from us, please contact Australia Post/UPS.
Note that there may be postage delays due to Covid19 – Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
We pride ourselves on the security and packaging of our biscuit tins. Each biscuit is securely ‘glued’ with royal icing to each layer of (food-safe) padding within the tin to prevent them from moving during transit. The tins are packed tightly in our protective postage boxes, which are labelled with a FRAGILE message for the postie to treat with care.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a few images so we can help you as soon as possible.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we cannot accept any responsibility for the mistake. This is why we kindly ask that you triple check the address you have entered to avoid the misunderstanding.
