Shop Assistant
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Bakery Sales Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling payments, assisting with various tasks in front and back of house, including baking cookies (full training provided).
JOB TYPE:
- Casual
- Anything between 11am – 11pm
Shift & Schedule:
- Weekdays and/or Weekend Availability
- Shift Work
- Public Holidays
Location: Degraves St, CBD
Start Date: March/April
THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Assisting customers with ordering and payment
- Making soft serve and milk shakes
- Ensuring retail shelves are fully stocked throughout the day
- Maintain and ensure compliance to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction are kept to a high standard.
- Full knowledge of our HQ Bakery and brand, how it works and how to place custom orders online.
- Front and Back of House: bake and decorate chocolate chip cookies (NOT the royal iced biscuits). All training will be provided on baking and decorating our iconic Choc Chip Cookies.
