How many biscuits are in the Collection tins?
Each Collection tin contains 20 biscuits. Each Face biscuit tin contains one, life-sized biscuit.
How long will my biscuits last?
All of our Collection and Face Biscuit Tins come with a ‘Best Before’ date label, and will be kept fresh between 2 and 5 months.
For Custom Face Biscuits and Bespoke Orders, the biscuits will be kept fresh for up to 5 months.
Once the original packaging has been opened, our biscuits last up to 4 weeks. We recommend keeping your delicious biscuits in their tins or transferring them to an airtight container.
What ingredients are used?
Biscuits: Flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla, Cocoa Powder.
Royal Icing: Pure Egg White Powder, Icing Sugar, Food Colouring (Australian Approved).
Please note your biscuits contain Egg, Gluten and Dairy products. Our biscuits are made in a kitchen in which we also prepare lots of yummy treats that include nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.

Can I choose the flavour of the biscuits in the tin?
Our tins have set flavours and can be identified in the ABOUT section of each Collection.
Can you copy a photo from another cake maker?
Here at The Confectionist, our cakes are somewhat extraordinary and we are very proud of our signature style. However, we’d be happy to derive inspiration from a set idea or image you might have your heart set on. Head to our CAKE page for more details on our cakes.
Do you offer Vegan and Gluten Free options?
Unfortunately, for the time being, we do not offer Vegan or Gluten Free options. But don’t worry, we’re working on it!
I need to cancel/change my order. What can I do?
Please contact email@example.com and we will do our absolute best to cancel/amend your order before it has been sent out.
I am sending treats as a gift. Will you keep my details discreet?
Absolutely! We take customer details and privacy very seriously and do not provide this information without direct permission. Additionally, as many of our products are treated as gifts, we never include receipts/invoices with our packages. All order information is sent through email.
My order is incomplete/not what I ordered. What can I do?
We are sorry your order isn’t right! Please our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of your issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve your order.
My item has arrived damaged. What can I do?
We pride ourselves on the security and packaging of our biscuit tins. Each biscuit is securely ‘glued’ with royal icing to each layer of padding within the tin. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a few images so we can help you as soon as possible.
