Beginning with a perfectly flavoured, moist cake, filled and covered in soft, delicious buttercream and finishing with the most perfectly hand-iced biscuits – the ultimate show-stopping piece to any event.
The Confectionist Cake is a complete 360º work of art that includes biscuits up to 16cm tall surrounding the entire cake, and adorned with 2 double-sided feature biscuits displayed on top.

- Serving Size: Coffee portions 2cm(w) x 4cm(d) x 9.5cm(h).
- Additional Cutting Cake, $150: If your event requires a cake to serve more than 52 slices, we offer a ‘cutting cake’ option in addition to the centrepiece cake. The ‘cutting cake’ is created exactly the same as your centrepiece cake, only without the biscuits.
Cake Quotation Form:
We recommend keeping your cake refrigerated before the event. However, if this isn’t possible, keep your cake in a cool-temperature room, safely inside its cake box. After your event, left over cake can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 5 months.
