Amazing! I had to change the shipping address for Valentine’s Day last minute and was accommodated for without any dramas straight away. Cookies were incredible as well. They didn’t make one of the ones I ordered but they gave me extra to make up for the miscount. Would 10/10 order through these guys again, brilliant! The red velvet and the Oreo were my favourite 🤤

Recently received my biscuits for my son's first birthday party and I'm very happy with them. The quality is excellent and they were very well packed to avoid any damage in the post coming interstate. We had the Confectionist create little Whale Shark cookies (Royal icing) for a recent event. They turned out so wonderful. Looked great as seat placers. Team was great to work with. Very accommodating and delivered on time. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I ordered online and was thrilled when I opened the packet, each biscuit was presented so beautifully. Delivery was super quick and it was Christmas time so they would have been flat out. Their attention to detail is amazing. Can’t wait to order from The Confectionist again!

Biscuits look super cute, as always. I’m just sad that Australia Post mishandled this order. Arrived 2 weeks after Aus Post’s estimated date, some of the biscuits were broken, and I guess that the tin had opened a little at some point too because the biscuits taste stale as well. I can’t serve The Confectionist biscuits on Christmas Eve like I usually do. Fingers crossed for next year!
